Yes. Please contact our Provider Hotline at 1-855-698-6262 and let us know your estimated time of office closure. Also, please contact any MCNA members who have an appointment scheduled during this time period and reschedule them. Any answering service for your office should include information regarding this closure and instructions on how to seek care in an emergency.

Yes, if you are an MCNA provider. Please inform the member that they can switch back to their regular dentist once their office re-opens.
