Version 1.19 of the Florida Medicaid Provider Manual is now available. You will find a summary of the changes in the Revision History located at the front of the manual.

Claims clearinghouse Change Healthcare recently experienced a cyber security issue that may have affected your practice's ability to submit patient claims and prior authorizations. Claims received through alternative methods will result in timely processing and payment. Please read our provider bulletin to learn more.

Reporting Missed Appointments to MCNA

Updated Provider Manual Available for Review

A preview of our revised Florida Medicaid Provider Manual is now available. This revised version will go live in early March 2024 and be effective from February 1, 2024. As always, the current Florida Medicaid Provider Manual is accessible at https://manuals.mcna.net/florida. Please contact your Provider Relations Representative with any questions.


New Clinical Practice Guidelines Now Available

2024 CDT Changes

MCNA would like to inform you about changes to CDT service codes and their nomenclature that may affect your office. The American Dental Association’s (ADA’s) updates to service codes for 2024 went into effect on January 1, 2024. Please read our provider bulletin to learn more.
